What Did He Do to Me

I felt an incredible connection. With one I had not known very long.

He made me feel accepted. Special. Loved. Safe.

However, I needed to get rid of the serious storm that clouded my judgement,

And fogged up my perception.

This storm stirred up specifics and reaped my brain.

It violated my brain as well as my body.

He took me to his car. I thought I knew the familiar stranger.

He promised me so much he had to offer, but I rejected it all.

I wanted none of it. And yet he shoved his insecurities inside me.

He needed a place to stay. And he used me as a host.

I felt used. I felt cheated. I did not want this.

I wanted the beautiful safe haven of a man I had just met.

I wanted the beautiful meadow and storms to pass.

However, we cannot pick and choose every battle.

He took me to the back, where he said he had a surprise.

I had to close my eyes. Find what was inside.

Trickster as I called him. The Master of Regrets.

He forced his tongue down my throat and had me swallow his pride.

My dignity was ripped away between my legs. As he held my hands down.

Immobile. Stuck. Lost.

I tried to run. But I got shoved back down.

I got bruised. In more places than one.

I had my brain stolen and my heart broken.

My beautiful meadow would never know that I was only artificial.
