What Do I Know?

The world sees perfection

My friends see intelligence

My family sees dedication

But what do I see?

The world thinks I'm perfect

My friends think I'm a genius

My family thinks I'm happy

But what do I think?

The world knows I succeed

My friends know I work hard

My family knows I meet their standards

But what do I know?

The truth.

I see my anguish

I think I will never be good enough

I know I can never give up
