I know that I am a dreamer.

An optimist who only sees the good in everything even when it's bad.

I know that I can be a naive person.

A naive person when it comes to trusting people.

Trusting people I've known for a while, or even family.

Family, like my dad.

My dad never got settled after the divorce.

After the divorce he tried to be the best dad ever.

The best dad ever, full of empty promises.
