What do you do?

What do you do when nothing makes you happy? Do you try to fake it, or allow everyone to see that you feel crappy? What do you do when you no longer feel joy? When all your jokes and smiles are just a ploy? How do you breathe with the constant feeling of drowning? Like a king doomed to war after his crowning? So many questions and yet the answers unknown. For each changes under the circumstances it's shown. The source of the pain And the burdens of the heart causing strain. Fighting to repair lost trust And the wall around your heart that crumbled to dust. Love is the key to repairing a damaged heart To rebuild a shattered soul that has long since been apart. Sometimes we all need help picking up the pieces So show kindness you never know who needs it
