What a Dream

Imagine a world

Where you looked down at your feet

And all you saw were your bare legs

Where are my pants?

You might say

That's strange

You might think

This must be a dream

You shout to yourself

But what if it wasn't a dream

What if you were alone on an island

And you could only have one

Object

One

Dream

One

Friend

One

Idea

What if there was no shower

So you could never get that feeling

Of sticky sand

Off of your limbs

What if you couldn't protect

Your beautiful skin

Your only skin

From the sun

From the sand

From the water

From the rain

From the hot

The cold

The wind

The blazing days

I know

That if it was me

I would only want my pants

If I was on an island

Because at the very least

I would be comfortable
