What is Education?

What is Education?

For my ancestors enslaved

It meant freedom for the next generation.

What is Education?

Is it different for everyone else?

Because for me . . .

It means more than an A in my class about Health

You see . . . For me, education is a tool to open minds

A tool for The Blind . . . to see pass the blinds

What is Education?

For me . . .Its much more than grades and textbooks.

For me  . . .  it’s the ability to look

Look Directly into the eyes of my own path and not memorize

Useless equations for Math.
