What Is Fear

What is fear?

Fear is “an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous,

likely to cause pain, or a threat.”

It’s all in how you take it and/or react to it.

What are you fearful of? Something you can’t  change or control

It takes our whole being of imagination and changes it from unrealistic thoughts to something real.

But I refuse to fear anything because I believe in God.

He says, “ Fear not for I am with you always.”

“ You can do anything through him that gives you strength.

You don’t try to let the fear consume you try to fight it and win.

The more you think of the outcome of winning the less fear you have.

Not having fear is an achievement by doing what you fear the most.

But it’s up to you how you want to defeat it.

There’s things that you want to hold onto dear to you.

But in the end the only question is…….
“ Will you let the fear control you or will you control your fear?”

But I myself have chosen to conquer and control my fear.
