What is fear?

What tears you into a million pieces

What always hold you tightly down, but will never let you back up

what makes you blind as a night owl

What makes the thunder in your heart pound faster

 Why is it chasing you

Even In your dreams, giving you nightmares

Chasing up and down the road

And everywhere you go

What is this unsettling, troublesome anxiety

 Fear, is what it is

It is your shadow that follows you,

From sunrise to sunset and from days to nights

Or for the rest of your life

It’ll slowly go away once you’ve get rid it

Not even a minute, until it comes back

Because that is what fear is

It delicately eliminates your confidence,

hypnotizing and paralyzingyou

 So that again, is fear

At times, fear won’t go away

But as long as it stays, all it is,

Is the fatal disaster brought upon your cheers

It is the tornado that will rip the roof off your house

The hurricane that will wipe you out

And the prevention of your dream come true

 Until you’re through

Fear is the butterfly in your stomach

Fear is that of losing your love

Fear is worse of all

But

Because of fear, that is why we are here.
