What is friendship

I was alone, with no one to help, I thought your friendship was there. Distacted,Terrified I searched for you, But your friendship was not seen there. Still hoped, that you would come, And waited fpr my friend to found, But breaking my heart you never turned around; I asked myself many questions, With not a single answer to be found. When I asked a question to my heart. Were we really true friends? But ralised....... that our lives were two different parts. Years passed.......... I remembered youy with sadness by my side. As I scrached our memories, I found selfishness lurking inside.
