What the fuck

Man I’m fuck up ,

Man I losing my mind ,

My family falling apart ,

Nobody close no more,

Everybody got their own group ,

Everybody got their own favorite cousin ,

Everybody distance ,

Everybody fighting ,

It’s like we not even family ,

It’s like we not even dieing ,

Why family don’t get together no more ,

Why family don’t help family no more ,

Why everybody gotta pick & choose who to be there for ,

Why can’t we all be there for one other ,

Why do we only come together after death ,

Why do we all come to the funeral,

If we not gonna change our ways ,

Why asked for people number if you never gonna used it to call ,

Why don’t cousin hang together no more ,

Why we do more for our so called friends then we do our own children & family ,

Why do we trun our back on people that love us the most ,

Why do we go around wasting people time when we know we not ready to settle down ,

Why tells lies ,

Why do we put our own down ,

I asked these questions because,

I lost my father ,

I lost my grandmother,

I lost friends,

I lost my favorite cousin ,

I watch my ex boyfriend die in front of me ,

I watch my friend take her last breath,

I watch children play outside & get killed for no reason ,

I watch cops kill our black man ,

I can say as a black women it’s hard ,

It’s not easy ,

But my people we not making it better ,

All those that fought for us

Lost their life is this really how we say thank you ,

They wanted us to love one another ,

They wanted us to care for one another ,

They wanted us to fight for one  another ,

They wanted peace for our people ,

Yes today we are still fighting for that ,

But our fallen soldiers showed how to go about it ,

Let’s go back to our roots my people ,

What the fuck
