What Happened

When I first you heard you captured my mind I was amazed with you like so many others You gave a voice to the voiceless You made people be aware of what was happening with in the city You brought awareness to social and political events From the beginning it was never about money it was about being you Times changed and so did you Instead of standing out among the crowd You started fade in with the rest You stopped preaching about social and political awareness You began to speak nonsense You were once a great intellectual Now you became simple minded You stopped speaking about important issues What happened hip-hop
