What a Healthy Relationship entails:

Healthy relationship entails the following:

Is not scars you have hide from your friends

Is not the guy your friends keep telling you to get rid of

Is not the long sleeve t-shirt you wear to hide what he does to you when he’s angry

Is not the abortion you wish you never had

Is not the guy who curses you out because he couldn't take you to bed

Is not the guy that undresses you with his eyes

Is not the guy the guy that says “oh she’s just a girl” when introducing you to his buddies

But is

The guy that stayed with you through grieving over your goldfish

The guy who wrote “what I love about you” on 40 different ripped up pieces of paper

The guy who names stars and constellations after you

The guy who treats your mother with respect and says “That was the best meal I’ve ever had after dinner”

The guy who holds your hand proudly in public

The guy who actually does love you when you finally love yourself
