what heaven holds...

What Heaven Holds Long to be in heaven, passed through the roads of hell, still I stand, eyes wide open on earth with warmest hearts of gold. I wish I stood, and long to be, in heaven where he watches me. The torture of my long cold nights, the hands I only dream of holding, push me through the painful times. The hands I hold, the hearts I touch, the smiles I see, the miracles he gave to me, through heavens heart he gives me strength, to raise the ones who took his place! By Melanie Saul
