What is A Home

15 different "homes",

5 different adults,

2 different states,

twice without blood present.

Being alone was a burden

placed upon me,

it was not taught.

My shoulders are no longer sore

from the weight of bags

being carried everywhere.

They are strong,

waiting for the next time

pressure will be applied.

Now,

I know no bounds

to where I can adapt.

I know no bounds

to where comfort is.

I know no bounds

to being independent.

I have no bounds.

I am free.
