Loyalty is what I ask, is that too much?

To listen when I speak, to stand by side

Love is what I ask, is that too much?

To make me happy when I’m sad, to help me when I’m in need

Bravery is what I ask, is that asking too much?

To tell people you love me, to tell me when I’m wrong

Acceptance is what I ask, is that too much?

To know that I’m human, to know I make mistakes

To Care is what I ask, is that too much?

To ask me how my day was, to ask me how I feel

Yes, I am asking too much

But then what is a relationship, if not asking for too much
