What I Can't Live Without

I can’t live without air.

I need to be able to breathe.

I can’t live without water.

I need to stay hydrated.

I can’t live without food.

I need the nutrients to stay fit.

I can’t live without my heart.

I need to pump blood in my system.

I can’t live without my brain.

I need the control center of my body.

There’s a lot of basic things I can’t live without.

If I had to pick one thing that I didn’t need,

I can’t live without music.

I want the smooth tones and beautiful melodies.

I crave the emotions it forces me to feel.

I am addicted to its noise and distraction.
