What I Could've Said
"Nick."
"Nick!"
"Nick!!"
I heard my name across the loud room,
But when I look to see who calls,
All I see is you.
Brown, short curly hair,
Beautiful brown eyes.
An Ex.
An Ex of mine.
"Leave me alone, manipulator."
What I Could've Said,
But yet, I can't seem to get the words out of my mouth.
"Hey, Marcial."
What I did say instead.
I used to love you.
Do I still?
No,
No.
I can't.
Can I?
He was faking everything I knew.
Tricked me into thinking I loved him.
Then left because I "cheated",
Though I never did.
But he can't hurt me anymore.
Right?
