What I Feel

My eyes speak love in many ways
My heart does what it wants
My brain have its own heart
What I think I feel and what I truly feel

I look out into the ocean
Knowing there's something
I have to prove
I prove you wrong
Or I prove you right

My life tosses and turns
Like how I sleep at night
No one here to hold me
Protection tight

My feet are bare
When I move to my soul in the music
His words move through me
Like water in my veins

Listen to and learn
The ways of my heart and mind
Don't threaten me with what you think I feel
Because if you read my mind
You would be in tears
