What I Fight For

Waking up in the middle of the night

I see a star shining a bright light

I look over to my side and you are there for my delight

We look at each other without any reason to fight

All we think about is how we are going to spend the night

Beautiful things come to our heads

And at that moment we know where our futures are lead

There was nothing that was not said

Our love is as pure unsaid

At this moment we do not care if we are dead

As long as we have each other when our souls meet again
