What I found for myself

I love myself enough I'm not affected by your cut your touch, the rush I'm no longer swept away holding on to the words afraid to say I say what I mean & mean what I say its these boundaries that keep me from falling astray punishing myself today my shame is a deep dark root & all I pollute in my space by allowing you to do what you do for you not know what you do its then I become unglued angry & blame it all on you no one to blame this is not a game when the pain stays the same turn the page I write my life into a higher place by the way I now carry myself by the words I say these things define my worth instead of lying in dirt by the hurt I allowed by being silent I’m then silently kept away not proud of who I am what I have to offer no longer do we need to try to be stronger there are things we just can't hold one day yes! right now no! & that's O.K. I figured it out I'm perfectly fine with this since I found I AM WHOLE within myself
