What I Learned

I learned to never trust a writter.

They can break your heart in a matter of a singular line.

I learned to never let your eyes flicker to a different sentence.

You'll spoil the suspense.

I learned that once you find yourself falling through the lines.

You.

Yourself have become part of the poetry.

I learned to trust without question.

To love fiercely,

And

I learned that it's much easier to destroy someone with words and not fists.
