What I Want

You tell me I'm wrong

And that I don't know where I belong

But the truth is

I know exactly what goes on

Between me and my demons.

You know nothing

Of what I go through

And nothing

Of what I want to do.

So just stay away,

It'll be better if you go

And just leave.

Let me be alone,

I don't care if I fall asleep and never wake

Because it would be more of a blessing than a curse

To be alone,

Without voice or say.
