What If?

What if, when going through life,

You used love as a guide?

What if,

Being unique, in your life, wasn't a myth?

Or what if through each life's part,

You,

No matter what,

Followed your heart?

How about being a friend to those?

That's a simple idea I propose.

No matter what mountain you face,

Keep your head up,

And with open arms to life, you embrace.

Of life, these are the simple facts

That I have learned to pursue.

Because how you respond, will show how it will impact.

And even if I had to learn from mistakes,

I know now I can breakthrough.

For this is my personality,

And I am proud of what I've become.

Don't be ashamed ever,

Because you are you,

I am I,

And this journey, called life,

Has helped me live to the full maximum.
