What If
What if?
Such a tiny phrase to cause such thought.
We utter it every day.
But wrapped up in what if is more than we ever say.
All day long it plays through our heads,
As if it is the refrain of a song with ability to fill our hearts with happiness or dread.
What if?
It is so simple.
What if?
It is very small.
But it is the single phrase that captures us most of all.
