What Images Can Not Express

My sanity. My aching mind.My trouble to find an image that was suposed to be mine.

My happiness. My lack of freedom My failure to strive due to this image I can not find

Words... words...words......

Enlighten me.Inspire me. Motavate me

Help me.Save me.Create me.

Through this art of poetry I have been able to create mental images of my own.

Aligning my brain and body to feel like home.

Society views me as one way. Only with the image I have forced together.

Poetry, on the other hand represents an image I can display much better.

Do I like being ostracized? No I do not!

People tear down this image. Causing my distraught.

Please..Stop...Slandering what I am not....

Daunting eyes confused as to what they see.

How can It be? The poetry you read is the only REAL representation of me.

With these words I have been able to draw respect.

The next step now is to accecpt.

People fail to realize life Is more than just the look.

Ignorance has blinded them from the knolage that they took.

If you Image is a permant display.

Remember,nothing gold can stay.

My mirth. My livleyness. Living as improved image I am able to call mine.

My hopefulness. My will to strive. Collecting the image that took so long to find.

Dear poetry, thank you for saving my life.

What a powerful story. It sounds like your connection to self-expression through poetry has served you well. Remember to practice proper spelling of words, and you'll learn that when you keep writing!
