What a liar you are

The more I think about it, the more I realize

that you don't love me

the way I love you

You told me we would send each other pictures of our food every day

And we never did

You told me I could call you whenever

I did

Why didn't you answer?

You told me you would reply

And you never did

Why do I stay friends with you

when all you do is hurt me

by getting my hopes up high

by making me believe that you care for me

I see where you're going on Facebook

and I see you replying to your friends' comments

Did you think I wouldn't see your social media activity?

I'm in this all alone

and it sucks

It really does

You're supposed to be my other half

My reason for smiling

but you have forgotten me

and maybe it's time I forget you, too
