What is Love?

What is Love? Love is a strong and powerful word; yet so hard to define. The definition cannot be found in neither a dictionary nor a thesaurus but encrypted on the surface of your heart. What is Love? Love is an addiction. The first time you get that feeling, a feeling so wonderful yet so different, you become addicted. You long for the affection you had, so you waste the rest of your life trying to achieve that feeling you felt the first time. What is Love? Love is tough. You just have to push through the hardships. Love is our source of pain and pleasure. When we have it we hurt, but when we don’t we crave it. What is Love? Love is great. Being loved is the greatest feeling in the world, but to love and not be loved in return is the worst. You know you’re in love when that certain someone doesn’t leave your mind. Love never leaves our minds. It’s always there whether it be falling in or walking out. What is Love? Love is uncontrollable. It’s easy to start then to end. It’s something we can’t stop from happening; it’s just something we can’t live without. Love is about sharing the best memories of your life with the person who is willing to share them with you. What is Love? Love is risky. You never know who you will fall in love with, but you have to be careful when falling in love because you may not always be caught. But why do we fall for the ones who aren't willing to catch us?
