What is love?

Love,

Love is a feeling

It's the feeling that fills you with warmth

It's the feeling of caring about someone

to the point that you would put your own life in danger to protect them

Love is companionship

Love is comprimise

Love is knowing a person inside and out, knowing what they're thinking without words

Love is being able to sit in silence, content with each other's presence.

Love is good

Love can be many other things

Love is passion

Love is feeling the heat of their body

closest to your own

Love is desire.

But

It can be bad as well

When it causes you

To neglect yourself

To ignore your friends and family, for them

Love is regret

Love is the pain you feel

when they don't love you back

When they love another more than you

Love is drunken nights

wishing things went differently

Love is broken glass

stabbing into your soul

leaving behind tears

and sadness

Love is emptiness

felt when they are gone

Love makes you feel the most alive

and the most pain.

Love is an experience.
