What is Love?

Love means

Pure and simple

Fne mist after a light rain

Vibrant sunsets on the horizon

Tender kisses in the moonlight

Endless desire

Love looks

Effervescent, hidden solace

Like his smile after a long day at work

Delicate wings of butterflies as they take flight

Into mageanta skies

Indigo fire

Love sounds

Rough, yet tender

Like the gentle laugh of my lover

Not just the other half

Of my soul

But my soul entire

Love is

Quiet and forgiving

Humbled words after heated arguments

Hidden thoughts and whispered prayers

Never a liar
