What is Love?

What is this Love, that you speak of?

What can Love do for me?

When you say you really love me, do you really?

When I walk out the house with sunshades on my face

Hiding my hurt that I feel everyday from you laying your hands on me?

Love?

This what Love is to you

Love is making me feel isolated?

Love is making your words into physical scars?

Well this time

Im showing you

That this is not love

When you love a strong woman like me, you cherish me

Treat me like the queen that I was raised to be

Treat me like I matter

Treat me

like you Love me
