What is Love?

What is love? Who is love?

Where does it come from?

Does everyone get love?

How tall is love? What is love’s shoe size?

How much does love weigh?

Love can be anything and everything;

It could be the deep yearning to be close to a flower

Or the undying attraction to its roots

The wanting to be the water that hydrates it

Love is precisely picked from the summer gardens of the big man

Where the sun shines so bright, the flower has no choice but to stand tall

Love can be the reason the flower dies

The lack of sunlight

Or the reason the flower blossoms and spreads

It’s basically photosynthesis

Love can be the buzzing bees that sits upon it to collect pollen

Or the wintery winds that wilt the flower

But in the end love always comes on top

Love is the flower’s stem

It holds the flower together and provides nutrients
