What makes life awesome
The touch of a hand
A joke in the dark
Secrets be told
Midnight laughter
Tears drop from the eyes
They dampen the shirt
A warm, lingering embrace
Needed comfort
Sand slips bewteen toes
Water splashed on dry skin
Smiles and cries of excitment
Vactioning together
The holidays, the off time
The dark days, the bright
The awesome part of life
Is not found in possesions, belonging to one
But felt by the heart, and shared by many
