What Matters

It was not one moment, it was not one time.

It was a series of emotions, an up and down climb.

At first you don't know it, but when you realize you do,

you understand that you're becoming a better you.

Being a better me is not always something people can see

but it's about not caring what others perceive.

Being true to yourself is what matters.

You can see it once you step away from all the petty chatter.

Glowing up and growing up is not always easy to hack

but it's a beautiful feeling once you stop following the pack.
