What is my purpose?

I'm drowning and downing these thoughts like shots. I am on the verge of my grave, consumed by the question "why I am here?" I thought I was here to repay the kindness I had been given. I thought I was here to improve the world, but Ive failed left in the whirl.I wish I felt that I had a more meaningful reason to live. I feel my purpose for being here is so others don't have to feel the pain I once did. When I go into these small moments it feels like someone has their hand around my heart and the scary thing is you don't know how hard they are going to squeeze. My heart is no work of art. It's been bruised by the words in my head, from others, and absence of the needed ones left unsaid.
