What people think is a lie

Trapped in my mind, I can’t see or hear.

Surrounded by darkness, my conscious is clouded by fear.

Something sits on my chest, I can’t breathe.

I panic in quiet, I can’t take it when people leave.

Feeling anxious, afraid, I always fake a smile.

Can’t trust nobody, I haven’t been out in a while.

Everybody sees what they wanna see.

If you can’t see that I’m faking, then just let me fucking be.

I just wanna be alone, I don’t fucking do friends.

That shit is fucking fake, it always comes to an end.

I don’t care what you say, what people think is a lie.

I lay in the darkness, feeling alone as I sigh..
