What Poetry Means to Me

Poetry is the beauty of words.

Words that are very powerful.

Poetry is for the ones who are blind of the beauty and for the deaf against the music.

Poetry is not just a piece a literature.

But it is a piece of expression.

Expression of how the poet feels, thinks, and experiences.

Poetry is therapy.

It is always there for me when I have a bad day.

Poetry is medicine.

It puts me in this sanctuary where I can just be free and be me.

Poetry is life and all that happens within it.
