The pen is a mind torn at the seams The words a bitter showcase of a heart that bleeds There is nothing more honest then what comes from the bloody ink All hidden behind a smile that hurts more then you think The thoughts in her mind are not only rage Every emotion is brought out on the page Unwinding herself for the world to see It ceases to be just words The poetry becomes me
