What is rap?

Is Rap just sounds put to a rhythm. Humanistic symbols referencing their ism. Some rappers represent prisms, I just represent myself in raps. Their verses depict life decisions, I just pray they they don't do wrong in fact. What is rap? Too many definitions, OG's might say something deep to prove some life issue. I just believe that these three things says what rap is, spoken simple. Rap is relevant, Rap is soulful, and Rap will last until the Rapture. That is Rap is. And you will never be a rapper unless you practice.
