What Really Grinds My Gears

I was watching Family Guy the other night When I saw sommething I thought was hilariously wierd Peter had been given this newscast job, telling what reall grinds his gears I gazed and wandered Intercoursed in and out of my thoughts as I pondered "What really grinds my gears?" Is it when people are standing over me when I'm drawing or when people wanna be control freaks and have no clue what they're doing or people who think they can sing but can't hit a single note yea, you know the ones that won't shut up make you wanna turn around and punch them in the throat or when thug nerds play fantasy street games that always end the same six feet under a pile of dirt or when from graceful lights the might of darkness lurks "What really grinds my gears?" Maybe when lies about bringing our troops home cause families to spend 635600 minutes year by year worrying over their war heros Maybe the way you misunderstand me but am sorry to say its because you don't know me so I speak with literacy to give you illiterate idiots dislexia when you try to read me Maybe when people say "You think you smart?" Why? Cause I want my intelligence to spread as wide from this side to this side across the wings of the world's largest bird So I have delivery trucks to drop off bucks and bucks of books that I burn a hole through cause I like to fuck with words "What really grinds my gears?" Maybe when open-minded people would shred the box from inside-out and the close-minded fools would assemble the tiny pieces like a puzzle so they can muzzle you because no one can be different they're only life's printers producing photocopys trying to rob you of your originality "What really grinds my gears?" Doesn't really matter to you Because I'm just an ordinary person in this room in this society an alienated murmur that lurks the dark marking each of you as a target so that I can reach out and touch you with my voice because I have one But-- "What really grinds my gears?" Are the people who choose not to hear it
