What a Sentence of Love Should Start With

The words 'I Love You' should mean so much more than just to please them

No, the words 'I Love You' should always start with because

Because I Love You

It doesn't matter that it isn't a proper sentence, it gets people to think and to come

Because I Love You, I jumped in front to take the blow that was going to kill you

Because I Love You, I never gave up on you when you pushed me away

Because I Love You, I kissed you, like prince charming, to see you awake again

Because I Love You, I sacrificed myself to save you

There is such love and passion in those words

Even the most cold hearted people out there could soften up to them

It proves to them how much you really care

If you don’t believe me, listen to me and use those verbs

Because I Love You, I gave you flowers for no reason

Because I Love You, I protected you from your ex

Because I Love You, I laughed at your jokes even when I don’t understand them

Because I Love you, I held your hand when cancer came like a season

The act can be big or small

It doesn’t matter

Just as long you start with because

And it could go for all

Because You Love Him, you drop everything to see what was his view

Because You Love Her, you go back to her to fix the broken pieces from the argument

Because You Love Them, you push every issue aside to make them happy

Because You Love Yourself, you show and say Because I Love You…

I do these all these things for you

To make you happy

To make you smile

To make your life better than mine

Because, dearest one of mine, I love you and I really mean that
