What sinks down will come up

Some might say words are a bore, They do nothing but make you snore. Verbally communicating is all but mundane, Speaking your mind will help you not go insane. Tough times happen whether you want them or not And silence will be unbearable. You get a feeling of internally sinking in a boiling pot Where your heart stings and you feel terrible. Your brain processes into crippling anxiety Because you'll never know when you'll be okay. And the water around you is suffocating, And the words you wanna say... are stuck on your tongue. Untill you finally release whats inside with speech, All the hot water comes out in perfect flow. Everything that weighted you burst like a dam with an overflowing pileup, Then you realize what sinks down will come up.
