What is Summer, Even

They say get a summer body

But you only wanna party

Get some food and some bacardi

Chill and maybe hear a pop “glee”

Song and corn will be poppin

An’ the sunlight gets ‘em boppin

And the ‘squitos keep you hoppin

So the malls can keep you shoppin

Arnold palmer in your hand

Mowing lawns while in a band

So you always stay tanned

Cuz’ in the spring that’s whatchu planned

Bring your friends to your cookout

So you don’t have to eat out

You can play a game of knockout

Too much booze, you gotta pass out

Then the next thing you know

It’s the start of this september

And the autumn brings the leaves to a

red and orange ember.
