What they dont know

Sat, 01/20/2018 - 14:14 -- AlexisD

Dear depression,

As the tears

 stream down my face

I begin to feel like

A disgrace

“we cant help you if you don’t speak”

Is what they always say

But what they do not know

Is that my depression

Will never be defined by

The words that I speak

What remains unspoken

is what truly speaks

This poem is about:
Me
My family
