What Time Made Me Realize

Thu, 06/27/2019 - 20:56 -- andyrm

In everyone’s eyes I look different

I have grown is height, curves, and knowledge

No longer am I the youngest in my family

No longer am I taken care of but I am a care taker

One thing remains I am still my parent’s little girl

I became independent

But I always come back to my roots of a child

Being pampered by my parents brings me peace

And I forget of the young women I have become

Experiencing the pain of losing people,

Worries of the future,

Fear of not being able to be successful,

Confusion on who you are and what you want,

Shows how time changes someone

But the most beautiful feeling has been love

The way people learn from people

When negative turns in to a positive

Realizing when a flower dies you do not lose hope

You let that flower grow once more

Finding the beauty of life at any moment of time
