What is truth?

Truth is honesty.

Truth is something that when you hear it,

It speaks to your heart.

Truth speaks to you in ways that ordinary words can't,

Truth is courage to stand for something you believe in but not that everyone does.

Truth dissipates all confusion.

Truth is clarity.

Truth is light.

Truth is freedom.

Ther opposite of truth is deceit or lies.

In truth there is no darkness,

Only light.

One does not always want to hear truth,

For it is a mirror in which one sees beyond the flesh,

At who one truly is.

Such is truth.

Be true to yourself.

Be authentic.

Don't live a lie.
