What We Dream
As I lay down to sleep, I dreamed a dream
I wished to keep. We danced the night away,
As if the day had never been made. We waited
For the day when we could again see the gleam
In each others eyes. As the leaves began to whizz
All around us. Dancing in the dark like this
Was meant to be. Wishing the night will never end.
Cause when the daylight comes we have to part
Ways. But as they say the heart wants the heart
wants. All we want is one more moment to
Stay here in the garden of our dreams, where
We could forever be two people making their
Own destiny. Wanting just one more reason to
Say stay. Should we stay or should we part ways?
