What to wish for

What would you wish for?

A car and a wife,

Fortune and fame,

Or would you keep it all the same?

I would wish for a better life

Without worry or trouble

Getting my way.

I would be free to do whatever I wanted

But I know I would soon want a change.

What fun would it be without

someone else to share it with ?

It would be a wasted gift.

So I wish for nothing at all

Except for someone to love.
