What Would Change My Life

Living in Houston

What a hub for medicine

A blessing to I

Biochemistry

Science will be my teacher

Discoveries heal

Learning from the lab

A lifetime to understand

Chemical balance

A long time will pass

Exhaust my brain to succeed

Money I will need

A wish to help minds

The clinically depressed

My job it would be

Help you who cannot

See the bright light in yourself

Left down in the dark

Drugs to assist you

Future sessions in my chair

I will not judge you

Difference to make

To promote vitality

Help the soul in you

The body must thrive

Only with help from your mind

And reactions in heart

With enlightenment

To get what makes humans tick

I live life purely
