What would I change

What would I change

If I could what would I rearrange

about myself

my health?

my community

my reality

If I could

should

be honest

probably my weight

or my face

maybe then will I accept my fate

May be I want my hair to be longer

Confidence stronger

That's how I should be

At least that's what my television tells me

my phone too

my society

reality

in fact they all do

I wish they would stop telling me

what's pretty

I wish they would stop shoving it down my throat

My kind of beauty is what I want wrote

down in magazines

Maybe I just want to be happy

with being your type of pretty.
