What Would I Change?

I would change the looks on his face after the torture: the look of defeat, self-hatred, and  pure misery.

I would change the feeling he has trapped inside, wishing he were anyone but himself.

I would change the fact that he is ridiculed everyday for who he is, and that no one has the courage to stand up for him.

I would change the fact that he feels alone in this fight, because he deserves an army to back him up and protect him through the battle he is going through.

I would change the power that his bully has over him, making him give up everything he has, get brutally abused everyday, and still keeps him quiet.

I would change the fact that this suffering will carry with him throughout his entire life, and prevents himself from seeing how great he actually is.

I would change the fact that he was so embarrassed of himself that he chose ending his own life over being who he really was.

I would change the fact that this happens everyday around the world, and most of it goes untold.
